Optima Sales Group is pleased to introduce, Nicolette Roberts as the newest member to join the Optima Sales Group Team.
Nicolette will be servicing existing Dealers in the northern California territory as well as actively pursuing and securing future prospects.
Nicolette has an extensive kitchen and bath background and has been self-employed for the last few years; primarily focusing on freelance design work. Through her extensive design and construction experience coupled with her broad kitchen and bath product knowledge, Nicolette has a keen understanding of the unique demands of her clients and is well equipped with the experience and expertise to meet their specific needs.
Nicolette is eager to expand her knowledge and will be traveling to visit each of our manufacturer’s factories within the coming weeks.

The Sales Representatives of Optima Sales Group recently attended the Plato Woodwork Dealer Training event held at Plato’s state of the art factory and manufacturing facility in beautiful Plato, Minnesota.
The session began with an opportunity to meet the Plato Executives, the Engineers and the Customer Service Professionals who service our dealers each day. We continued with a 2 hour factory tour where we were able to experience Plato’s process when selecting raw material. The system of machining and milling that transforms the raw material into a usable product when manufacturing select doors and face frames was quite the experience. The factory’s custom pieces, hoods, one-off pieces and free standing furniture was equally impressive and reminded me again of the great ability and unmatched quality that Plato Woodwork offers. Moving through the tour we were then introduced to the “Packsize” machine that literally custom cuts corrugated cardboard for specific cabinet sizes. The “Packsize” machine and it’s flexibility to custom package the Plato product is just another excting feature that we were able to experience while on our tour.
Throughout the next two days we spent a significant time training in the Plato Custom Catalog, the Innovae Catalog as well as the all new Prelude Catalog. It was great to dive into the catalogs and really dissect them and learn more about the products, their features and benefits. We were assisted in additional PDQ training which provided hands-on experience that will aid when serving each of our dealers.
The time spent at the Plato Dealer Training event was a great learning opportunity for each of us. We were engaged with the product which fueled our knowledge to better understand its endless possibilities. It’s refreshing to be aligned with a company who shares our commitment to honesty, integrity and core values.
